As we shift to a more virtual approach of leading workouts, there is a lot to think about.

Do I want to record videos and create a library of online courses? Or should I live stream my classes? We are here to support you and your business in whichever avenue seems best for you and your members. This post will talk about the benefits of live streaming and using Zoom to do so.

Live Streaming is a great way to stay in touch with your students in real time. They are seeing what you are doing at that moment, almost like they are in the room with you. You can see and critique what they are doing to keep them safe and motivited, and they can ask you questions just like they would in an in person class.
